CHICKEN BREASTS ARE IN.

It has been ages since my last post. So here's a rundown of what happened:

1. Stopped running for 3 weeks.
2. Stopped high protein diet for 1 month.
3. Gyming remained 1, 3, 5.

I NEED TO MANAGE MY DIET.
